Crecchio

Crecchio is a small, picturesque village just 5 km from Villa Frysia. Surrounded by vineyards, olive groves, and orchards, it has a beautifully preserved medieval center built around the impressive Castello Ducale. Ortona

Only 15 minutes from Villa Frysia, Ortona rises like a citadel above the Adriatic Sea. Its medieval character is highlighted by the Castello Aragonese overlooking the coastline. South of the port you’ll find the city beach and the start of the Costa dei Trabocchi, famous for its traditional wooden fishing huts on stilts.
